Bedrooms

	Master 1 – has a Queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool area
	Master 2 – has a Full bed, closet and ensuite bathroom
	Twin 3 – has 2 Single beds and closet
	Twin 4 – has 2 Single beds and closet

All 4 bedrooms have luxurious bedding and are very comfortable with a flat screen TV in each one. 

All bedding including spare linens are supplied as well as plenty of towels for your use, including pool towels. 

The bedrooms are airy and spacious and all have been newly carpeted.

Bathrooms

There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 of them are ensuite with the 3rd situated in the middle of the villa, perfectly sited for the 2 twin bedrooms. 

Each bathroom has plenty of luxury towels, so you won’t run short! 

The bathroom areas are all tiled and one of them opens out onto the pool area, for real easy access.

Hall / Lounge / Dining Area

These areas are also newly tiled, and the lounge is extremely inviting and comfortable with the large sofa opening out to form another King bed. 

The lounge has a 42” flat screen TV and DVD player, and a patio leading directly onto the lanai and pool area.

The Dining Room is beautifully furnished with a table and chairs and is ideal for either formal or casual dining.

Kitchen

The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. 

These include a cooker, microwave fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. 

There is also an excellent  selection of cutlery, crockery, glassware including  plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area as well as plenty of saucepans and cooking utensils - the only thing you need to provide is the food!

Pool Area

Step out into the beautiful Floridian sunshine!!!!  The covered lanai is the perfect spot to relax and perhaps read a book, and when you fancy a dip, slip into the south-facing pool which can be heated if you require.
 
The pool deck and lanai are furnished with high quality pool furniture including a table and chair and sun loungers and is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. 

Don’t worry, this does not affect your tan in any way!!!

The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

Games Room

To add to your enjoyment we have installed a new and fun Games Room.

The room can be accessed from the villa, and features a seating area with TV.

The perfect retreat for a game of pool and maybe the odd beer or two!!!!

Villa Sharnson has free Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, telephone and is air conditioned for your comfort throughout the villa.
